I did a refinance through Cash Call and AAA Appraisal Advantage Inc was the appraisal management company I worked with. They were extremely helpful . My appraiser, Dave, that I was assigned called right away and worked with my schedule. I did not have to wait long at all after the inspection for the appraiser to send my appraisal in. I would definitely recommend anybody wanting to refinance to use this company.

I was very skeptical on getting my first refinance, I worked with Cashcall Mortgage who uses AAA Appraisal Advantage as their appraisal company. I was quickly had my worries eased, my appraiser assigned contacted me immediately and came out the next day. My actual appraisal came in less than 48 hours later. I was more tan pleased with the results! My refi process was quick and easy and I would do it again in a heart beat!

Giving one star because I have to. I couldn't agree more with the other reviews left here. AVOID using this company. The job of the appraiser is to give an accurate value of the home in today's market. It was written and reported everywhere that the summer of 2016 was the best the Orange County had seen in years. Somehow the appraiser from this company must have thought my house dropped in value while everyone else's increased.
