I had a great customer service. Dale and his crew came all the way to bham to give me estimate and do the work. They were very polite and efficient. Did not over charge. My neighbor was so impressed he came over and asked dale to cut something for him. Dale and his crew did it that day. Will use again.

Dale came and rescued a cat that had been stuck in our tree for 4 days. I had just about given up on the poor cat surviving. But we found the owner and with Dale's help, Rocco is just fine.
