I bought a unit from this agency and had it installed less than 3 years ago. The pipes started to leak and water was coming down into the ceiling. The drain pan was not full; so there is no clog. It is likely a bad job soldering the drain pipes. Even though it is under warranty, they quoted me a 5-day response time for a technician and threatened me with an $89 service fee in case it is "maintenance" related. This type of service is really bad and unacceptable.
