Horrible dispatching customer service, the pick up time is suppose to be a hour before my apt but they set for 45 mins they have been late picking me and I waited almost 2 hours for pick up at my appointment I would give this less then 1 star I would totally not ride with them if I didn't have the choice and my insurance keeps picking them
