Randy has demonstrated over and over again his knowledge and expertise with dealing with our roofing contractor. He is quick to point out problems with contractors workmanship and mistakes with not meeting the roofing code. Randy on-site presence has provided us with sense of comfort that our replacement roof installation is being done correctly and we will not have to deal with roof leaks and mold issues from the previous installation by this same contractor. I would highly recommend Randy to provide you the same comfort.
Randy was very knowledgeable with the houses up in the palm bay area he's very responsive when you need to get ahold of him would recommend to family and friends if needed he's not going to sugar coat anything which is what I like in an inspector.
