Just had a very nice experience with this company. I left a phone message. They called back within a minute or two, gave me a good price and said they would be at my house in 30 minutes. They did as they said they would and were done installing a new water heater shortly thereafter. From the initial phone call to me writing this review has all occurred in less than 4 hours.

Zack is a perfectionist. I emailed him on a Sunday morning that our water heater wasn't working, followed up as promised by a phone call in early afternoon.
