Just had a very nice experience with this company. I left a phone message. They called back within a minute or two, gave me a good price and said they would be at my house in 30 minutes. They did as they said they would and were done installing a new water heater shortly thereafter. From the initial phone call to me writing this review has all occurred in less than 4 hours.

Zack is a perfectionist. I emailed him on a Sunday morning that our water heater wasn't working, followed up as promised by a phone call in early afternoon. He was at our place in Brookline within 10 minutes and spent well over half an hour figuring out the tangle of water lines in our storage area that had puzzled us ever since we moved in. They were a pleasure to work with. We had our water heater replaced with a new tankless high-efficiency water heater. Excellent service with great results. They gave me the best price out of the 3 plumbers I called. Would definitely recommend.
