Incredible team and service! George spent about 2 weeks tracking down an incredibly specific neon to repair a broken sign with a LOT of sentimental value. Price point was more than fair, especially considering other quotes I had gotten for this project. George and Linda maintained contact with me the entire time and provided updates along the way. Can not recommend them enough!
Compared to all the other sign companies I have worked with over the past 17 years running 6 small businesses in RI and MA they were the worst company I have ever worked with in Sign repair and maintenance. Not only did they take weeks to get to our job of replacing a bulb and a transformer but then it took weeks to finish the job. Our store was 4 miles from their main office and they charged us $188.50 just in travel. Then for 2 hours of time on job they charged 562.50, their bill ended up being 900.00 double any other sign... read more
