Gale Vaughan is excellent to work with. If you want to deal with a live person instead of an answering machine this is where you want to go. The storage area is well laid out, accessible and clean. I couldn't be happier with their service.
This place is great. Michael helped me rent the unit and was very helpful and friendly. Explained and showed me everything. The facility is spotless. It all looks brand new. Access roads to the units are in perfect condition, my unit was completely clean and has an overhead light, which is great. And, when you call, you get the Wilmington office, not somebody across the country. So, when I called with a question, Gale (Eastwood Road facility manager) answered.
