Little to no communication. Doesn't return calls or texts. Initially this company was recommended and contacted for me by my AC and heating contractor. A large limb had broken off of one of our oaks and punctured the roof in two places. The owner came out and assessed the damage and gave me an estimate for repairs. He also suggested I get an adjuster from my insurance company to look at the roof due to other damage not caused by this particular storm that had broken the limb. I can't ever get in contact with anyone at this "roofing company". Calls, texts, voicemail. They just don't have enough time to care about potential customers to lower themselves to speak with us I guess.
They went above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim. All tasks were thoroughly explained to me so I understood exactly what was being completed and could match the job with what the insurance approved. No short cuts, quality work and peace of mind for me. Definitely call them again.
They did great work, and made the roof to my building better than the one taken down by the snow. Good family business that I will use again. Team was great, work was high quality.
