Seth answered my call immediately. I explained my issue with my roof. I expected him to come out in a week or 2. He came that night of the day I called. He knows what he is doing. I had a small issue that he fixed work no charge. He inspected and fixed some small issues that he didn't need to do. Highly recommend. He was very professional and polite.
I'm currently in the process of getting my roof replaced. After having to chase down, remind, and schedule other contractors to come to my home for estimates, I really appreciated the simplicity of working with Seth at A&A. He has responded to every inquiry in a timely manner, answered all of my questions, and jumped through every hoop that my insurance company has thrown at me (and him). We are very pleased with the roof that Seth and his crew from R&C Construction put on. His attention to detail and knowledge of roofing impressed me. From start to finish, I felt confident that we were getting a high quality roofing job. We also appreciated his friendliness and responsiveness.
After the recent snow, I had water leaking down an interior wall as it thawed. With Christmas just a few days away, I was truly impressed by the fact that A & A was determined to get my issue taken care of before the holiday break. I spoke with both Nick and Jeff briefly while discussing an appointment time, and Seth came right out to assess and fix the issue with my roof. All three men were very professional and I was pleased with the service overall.
When my husband and I bought our first house we found out our roof was almost as old as us. Since we were so new to home ownership we had a lot of questions when Seth came to do our estimate. He was super patient with us and really took his time to make sure we understood what the process entailed. Also our cat loved him! When the workers came they were so efficient I couldn't believe they got everything done in one day.
