Found signs of termites, so called around found these guys. They sold me a story that with the pesticide they were gonna be using I wouldn't need to think about termites for at least 7 years (possibly 10+ years). Less than 2 years later I'm sitting in my garage with a newly installed wall heater on. As soon as the wall gets warm, thousands of termites begin swarming the garage.
