So we had an absolutely horrible experience. I see mixed reviews here and I hope that I hear that the company reached out to the school district and made things right. If I could give negative stars, I would. Until my mind is changed, I've been encouraging others to avoid this company, including people who reserve chartered buses for their company trips. No one wants to have a repeat of this experience. They left over 100 kids, plus teachers, and ~10 parent volunteers waiting outside in the cold for over 1 hr in the wee hour... read more
