Miscommunication caused a replacement of the crystal to be a cleaning and lubrication for 40 dollars. I paid 20 hesitantly but after some thought determined it was my fault for not getting a receipt saying what was going to be performed.

Had a fantastic experience! Another jeweler had told me that my watch was unrepairable as they had no idea what was wrong with it. After bringing my watch here, they had it diagnosed within 10 minutes and had it repaired within the same week! Bringing all my future needs here! Great communication and friendly staff as well :)

Got my rope bracelet from here and he cut me a great deal on the bracelet. 14k Solid gold rope bracelet. He even resized for me on the spot. Will definitely come back.
