I have always worked with Tom. He is kind, thorough, and good at what he does. My air conditioning never worked properly from the time it was installed. The people who installed in came out many, many times. After the warranty ran out, I call this company. They fixed it!
We have been customer of AA Heating and Refrigeration since 2012. Sadly to say their quality of service has significantly declined. There technicians are rude and very difficult to communicate with...We had the phone hung up us several times by Jim and Donovan. This company does our annual checkups on our furnace.
