Agreed, with another one star review. My fault, I should have checked with Home Depot first. My helper contractor said to get the garage door weather stripping from these guys as HD only had it on a roll. NOT! After the fact I saw HD had the same product, 9' strip, for 13.44 Four of those would have been 53. plus tax. A & A charged me 135. For two sides and header. Grant it, the top was one piece, but for 90. savings, I would have gladly installed side by side. And I'm sure I could have ordered a 16' at HD. I don't mind a bu... read more
$235 for a 20 minute service call. I understand there needs to be a service charge associated when somebody comes out to your house to check out the problem but it should not be $235. When I called to make an appointment, the person I spoke with, did not mention it would cost $235 for a service call. That is an excessive amount to charge customers for a service call that took approximately 20 minutes to diagnose the issue. I do not recommend this service. Total Rip Off Very disappointed
LOW quality material very bad servise
Called at 3:30pm on a Friday with a broken garage door. By 4:30pm same day garage door was fixed. A + service. Will defiantly use them again for all garage door needs. .
Called and they came out the next day to my business where I work. Louise and Josh had my door fixed like new. I have dealt with them a few times and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has garage door needs. Nice, friendly, and dependable is just what I like in a company and this company is top notch. Thank you again for all that you do.
