A strange operation. I telephoned and told them that I needed a key made for my Honda. An older man checked his stock and told me he could make one I told him when I'd be down. Arrived and a young guy with an adolescent attitude asked what I wanted. I told him. He ignored what I had said and talked over me, around me, and then back over me. Excellent Service During a business trip to East Portland the key broke off in my ignition and left me with no way to turn off the engine or lock the doors, did a search on google maps for closest locksmith and found this place, they replaced the ignition lock cylinder because the collar was broken and made identical key in less than 30 minutes, i highly recommend them for any locksmith services you need. Superb service! I was able to get a duplicate key and fob for my car, which I bought used and which has a transponder key. This means the car will not start unless it is "married" to the key. I was able to get a new key cut and programmed in about 20 minutes and both keys and fobs work perfectly! They even showed me some features of my new car that I was unaware of that were pretty cool. I highly recommend these guys. Clean and well organized shop and very nice staff.

mooch I needed a couple keys cut for my sons old mercedes. I ordered one from the dealer and planned on getting the others cut at a local locksmith. The key from the dealer was only $12.80. These clowns wanted $45 to cut the same key. Wow. I'll order the others at Mercedes of Portland for $12.80, of course.

Response to the comment below RE: Dave Sorry you felt Dave had poor attitude. Dave is a locksmith and his job is to go out and do lockouts and key makes. Sometimes the locksmiths are holding other calls so they cannot stay that long to see if your truck can be jump by their small vehicles. That is why he tried and when it didn't work, he had AAA sent out the proper vehicle that can handle the battery jump. I know AA Express Locksmith are very professional and courteous. I use them all the time.

Dave has poor attitude Not happy with Dave who was provided through AAA to help unlock my truck at home. The keys were locked in the truck and the batteries were dead. So Dave the locksmith did quick job to unlock my truck and did poor job trying to jump start my truck. He had the proper jumper cables and couldn't get my truck started. I told him the truck is diesel and it takes 5 minutes of charging the batteries till its ready to start. Great Customer Service Got my new Toyota FJ and needed a couple of extra keys made and they were able to do with it and only charge me for ONE. The dealer wanted to charge me for each and that would be over $125. This was much much less. They have the means to program the corresponding or transponder on any cars with a chip, Thanks guys for the GREAT experience and save me money at the same time.CNguyen
