The representatives that I spoke with worked with me over the course of a few months to find a tent that would work best for my outdoor wedding. The original tent that I had rented was too large. When I asked to exchange it for a smaller size one that would fit better in the location, they were very professional. They worked with me to refund the money I had already put in to reserve the larger tent. The day of the event, they were on time, they set up quickly, and were very professional. My aunt had a wedding this weekend and rented tables and chairs from gracias. The tables were in horrible condition including nails sticking out of them. A few people even cut themselves! The bride and mother of groom (aunt) were embarrassed and very dissatisfied with the quality of your items.
Our reservation was not honored during a VERY busy time of year. Our entire event was ruined because they did not accommodate out reservation nor offer an apology or solution. Who practices business this way?!?!
