Terrible customer service from sales team and even worse communication/ support from upper management when you report a concern.
RecommendedWe used AA Events for our wedding dance floor. They are reasonably priced, pleasant to work with, and met all timing expectation. We'd definitely recommend them!
While tearing down at the Linn County Fair in Albany OR, a little old lady dealing with cancer asked one of the men with a pickup and trailer if he could be kind enough to temporarily (5-10 minutes) move about 30 ft so we could get a hand cart out and a tow behind trailer being moved by a man with a screwed up leg and back. He rudely told the lady that the trailer and cart needed to stay where they are or be moved around the stage, which added a quite a distance through a very congested area. Rude rude rude! Talked to some girl who was short unhelpful and took about a week to "get back to me" for a simple quote... asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the office manager I called back and talked to another woman I got who seemed irritated when I complained about the last person I talked to ! I conveniently got disconnected. Didn't bother renting just went elsewhere

I HAVE HAD THE GARCIA'S DO MANY PARTIES FOR ME! I LOVE THE WAY EVERYTHING TURNED OUT ON EACH PARTY, ONTIME, TAKE DOWN WAS FAST THE FOOD WAS GREAT. I'VE USED THEM ABOUT A DOZEN TIMES AND I WILL USE THEM ANOTHER DOZEN TIMES!! THANKS EVERYONE AT GARCIA'S! SEE YOU REAL SOON!!!!
