I called for an appointment in early August 2026. They got me in same day which I greatly appreciated. I asked for a shampoo, trim (blunt cut long hair), and blow dry. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and was taken in at exactly my appointed time. Again, was grateful for this because it's ridiculous to make an appointment and then forced to wait... but no waiting here. They understand what they are doing and allow the appropriate time.
