We hired A.A. Courier & Sons back when Aaron first started this company and was the only "tech". From the start, and to this day, he has always been up front with options, costs, projected outcomes . . etc . . . We may not always like our options, but we appreciate his 100% honesty and never feel like he is just trying to "upsell" to make a quick buck. He has made sure that we knew what could be done to fix an issue. . and the costs for each option - which are always much more reasonable than I've been quoted from others.... read more
From the initial quote to the installation of our new HVAC system, AA Courier and Sons were very professional. The technicians—Donnie, Gavyn, and Sidney—were knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with. They made sure we understood what was happening throughout the entire installation process. We are very happy with the service provided and highly recommend them!
I highly recommend this company. I recently had a problem on the July 4 holiday and they sent a technician out immediately to take care of the issue. My 11 year old unit had leaked refrigerant and they recommended replacing the system but did offer to top it off to get my unit cooling again due to the extreme heat we were seeing this summer. They explained that there is no guarantee how long it would last and gave me detailed quotes for replacing the leaking component as well as an entire system replacement. I hope to get se... read more

Be careful if you use this company in any Real Estate transaction. They have little understanding how such a transaction works and appear to be little concerned with ethics involved in the transactions. We were selling an investment property (single family house), and the inspector for the Buyer said the AC wasn't working efficiently and needed to be checked out. We called Courier, who sent a tech who said it was low on coolant, had a leak and he could add "Leak Seal" to fix the issue. We said OK and to proceed with the ... read more
