I took my car to the Exeter location for a 4 wheel alignment, because they came highly recommended. I was told to drop my car off before 9 but they didn’t pull my car in until after 3. Needless to say this was highly inconvenient. When I got into my car afterward, I discovered that the reverse lockout switch on my shifter (standards transmission) was broken. I love it a lot it first time going
I like the fact A&A carries a lot of product but they need to make a website like every other parts store out there where you can find what you're looking for online before going to the store cuz sometimes if I call the store and the store doesn't know what I'm talking about. and furthermore the prices are sometimes outrageous compared to the manufacturer's price on product I called looking for a part and it was 3 times more expensive than what the manufacturer listed in there A&A catalog had priced. and its same item / part... read more
Awesome group of people! They helped my boyfriend and I get all the parts we needed for our cars. Both mechanical and aftermarket! Without any money down! I would highly recommend going here for any mechanical needs. There shop is amazing and you can find anything and everything you want or need here �
I need a light bulb for my car. I went to counter the sales clerk gave me the wrong bulb. When I returned it the correct bulb was 10.00 less. They refused to give me a refund even though it was their sales clerk who made the mistake. The staff was rude and nasty. I will never go there again.
