We have not made a purchase yet, but the sales person at AA was very helpful and low-key. I felt no pressure whatsoever and they were helpful to my husband when he went by later to also test-drive the vehicle.
Erroneously, I thought an inspection in Boone County would cover the same items of inspection as in Jefferson county, so when I tried to get the license here(Jefferson County) they said I needed emissions...and it failed...so I thought it was the fault of the dealer (AA) who said they had it inspected...but they did have it inspected and it passed..(at Midas Muffler) but for Boone county...The dealer I dealt with was thorough, let me test drive it, answered all my questions and was very nice...I give it four stars.
