Had to pay in cash, but cheaper and quicker than most other auto body services in the Knoxville area. Wait time was about a week and a half, compared to other shops that gave me 3 weeks to 3 months of ballparks. Still have some minor dings, but they let me know up front by phone what they planned to do to get it done as quick and cheap as possible.
