I'm writing this review to warn people that are under duress with emergent plumbing issues to AVOID this contractor. I highly question the positive reviews and believe many were created by friends of the Sousa family. I highly recommend reading through the negative reviews. I utilized Atlas for two previous projects that were completed with satisfaction, although they are more expensive than other local companies. My mother had AA Atlas plumbing service her heater today. This afternoon it stopped working. She is a 20 year client and is 91 years old. The Company told her they would not come back until tomorrow. Who leaves a elderly person without heat in the winter. Paula DeLisio
Interviewed 3 vendors, AA Atlas was referred by a friend from our Church. Though not the cheapest (middle), they were so professional through the inspection and quote process, I gave them the contract to replace our 5 ton packaged AC/Heater and all duct work. Scheduled the work 3 wks out. Bryan and Ian showed up on time/early each of the 3 days involved. They were efficient, KNEW what they were doing, explained every step, answered all questions. AA Atlas is a great company to deal with. I needed help immediately, and they were able to come to my rescue in about 2 hours. Robert was a friendly and courteous person, and he was able to get me back on track so that I could have use of my hot water until I could get a new replacement faucet that initially caused the problem. He came back to install my new faucet and also replaced the inside of my Toto toilet so that it no longer leaked. Thank you for saving me!!
