I had a new furnace installed in my rental unit November 27, 2018. I paid in full. Shaun/Sean who installed it was supposed to return the next day to install the new digital thermostat and to leave me the paperwork for the manual and warranty. He never returned. He called back once on a Sunday in December to stop by, but I couldn't go at the last minute. I saw him again at the end of March 2019 when he worked on my parents' boiler. I had the worst experience with this company called Aberdeen heating removed my furnace and installed a damaged one. Took over $1100 and never return my phone calls to fix the problem. This Lawrence H. At ************* ************ is problem. Please contact him to remove his damaged furnace and return a new furnace on Ada, Chicago, Illinois *****
