First off I pay my rent on and bills on time, and early. This company is horrible when it comes to any maintence inside or outside. They do not communicate in anyway shape or form when you have any issues but they are sure quick to get money out of you. I have had a broken toilet for 3 months and nothing has been fixed. A2z is a rip off company....since when does a renter have to pay for owner maintenance. Well Bill said pay or else...... The receptionist acts likes she's dumber than a box of rocks..... Painted some walls and Bill said they had to be painted back to white. Well painted back to white and Bill said it had to match the original white?.. Hired profession painter, painted back to original . Next he was going to charge $900 to repainted 1 wall...
