Great place to rent front until its time to move out. The place i got is a house built 1907. People in the rental community will absolutely always keep your deposit and try to take more when you've always paid rent on time. Make sure if renting from anywhere you take a Pic of every square foot of space ceiling walls floors. They will drain youre money if given the chance
Ridiculously unprofessional!
Michael S. Pease is not a good property owner in my opinion. His team has been warned repeatedly about numerous issues with one property in particular and he and his staff has not addressed them. I am not a tenant, I am a neighbor to one of his properties. The fact I tracked the absent owner down to this level should indicate just how poorly I feel his organization is and perhaps others should be wary of making a bad decision.
