Made a time to have brake pads changed on my Audi A5, on the day when I got there to drop my car off. The shop was closed. Tried calling the phone no. with no response. Wasted an entire week waiting for the appointment, I could've gotten it done elsewhere if it wasn't for this guy wasting my time.
Mach provided very professional services, delivery as promised and offered friendly pick up. Highly recommended!
Mac went out of his way to check all the problems with my car, sourcing the appropriate parts in a timely manner, and offering good advice on what was really needed. He is very pleasant to deal with and my 11 year old Hyundai i30 is purring along nicely after being neglected for quite some time. I will definitely be going back there for regular service and mechanical repairs going forward.
