Daniel was a client of mine and when I needed a new roof I approached him for a estimate! He was very charming and appeared trustworthy but soon saw another side to him after he cashed my $10000 check! No roof and no Daniel! Doesn't respond to texts or phone calls! Had to file report with police! Don't trust this guy! He is not what he appears!
I wish no stars was an option. What a horrible company with horrible service and poor quality product delivery. Asked for an bid for a 10x12 deck, with it being 10ft along my home. Accepted their offer and was told contract and such would be emailed. Never received and I have asked multiple times. Built the deck the wrong dimensions, and submitted plans incorrectly. Who knew getting a new roof and gutters would require no effort or concern!?! I was able to get an appointment within a few days, Daniel came out and did a full inspection and showed me all the pictures that showed damage. He went through the process with me since it was my first roof. I picked out my colors and then a few days later I was given a call to ensure a date worked for me. The crew was pleasant and clean.
