Do NOT use this company. They are the worst company I have ever come across. They are scammers and charged my credit card without authorisation a second time as the driver said he didn’t get the message from the company that the flight was delayed and was waiting there from original time. And on top of that the driver decided to get into a full on argument with us outside the Hilton regarding this matter. So unprofessional. Be warned. Do not trust your credit card with this company under any circumstances.

Worst experience I've had with a company period. Do not try and book this company for a serious event. We were told the limo we wanted was ready and available. I confirmed (after calling all day trying to get a hold of someone on the phone) the exact limo we wanted and day of they sent a completely different limo. The driver had no idea what was going on. It was a mess. Just not worth your time.
Booked a Limousine month in advance, paid in full. Confirmed the week prior then on the day we waited over an hour after the arranged time before we decided to call them. We were told they could not get the Limo out to us so a SUV was sent instead and we would receive a partial refund. The SUV was very nice but the kids were most disappointed and a week later we have STILL not received any refund and ZERO replies to our email asking when we would be getting the refund. POOR SERVICE AND VERY POOR COMMUNICATION- GO ELSEWHERE!
