The prices look great along with the marketing about how customer service is important but they just don't deliver. They have a attitude that makes you feel stupid because you don't know everything about computers and software. That is way I came to them to get things fixed that I don't understand. I left feeling very frustrated and like I wasted my time and money.

I called a2computers phone # and explained my issue with my computer (running VERY slow). They took the time to explain to me what the problem might be... even so I could understand it. At the tender age of 60 I don't know a heck of a lot about computers! I scheduled a time and the technician arrived ON TIME, he was polite, very friendly and quickly diagnosed my problem. My Dell computer crashed after a regular software update from Microsoft, had caused the system to lockup. Thankfully, Bart was able to diagnose the problem, and have it repaired within 24 hours. Moreover, since they are a certified Microsoft Center, he was able to not only fix the problem, but report it back to MS's HQ in Redmond, Washington, which helped to prevent further issues with other peoples' computers.
