This is the 2nd poor review I've written in a lifetime. Leon had me pay him all in advance for a spa cover and installation. He insisted I pay upfront because he had to do the same for his supplier. He said it would come in 4-6 weeks. Its been 14 weeks and there is no sign of Leon or A1A. He has flown the coop with my payment. He does not respond to any calls. He is either a crook or the business has closed. It would serve you well to avoid.
Had what I thought to be a bad experience with A1A. After not hearing from them for sometime, I learned of issues beyond their control. If you have not heard from Leon in a while, you should be proactive and reach out to him.
Leon owner of A1A Spa Service passed away June 30, 2021 of pancreatic cancer. He will be missed
I feel it was much to long to get the first actual appointment and once he came it took weeks to get him back. He tried to fix it but finishing it was a no go. I have figured out that spa repair men work when they feel like it. I was told each time they had things going on like a festival in delray beach, a baby shower, being sick and maybe it really did but after each situation no call back. Maybe he should of just said he couldn’t do it or didn’t want to do it so we could of moved on.
Always on time and drivers are great. Highly recommend.
