I don't know who's running this place now but it has dropped off massively. Haven't been able to access my storage unit In 3 weeks, because of "gate problems" the guy who works the desk is SUPER RUDE!!! Most unprofessional storage unit company I've ever dealt with.
Rented a 5x10 unit for the last year to store our sons things in. Unit was super clean and access was always so easy. Staff very professional always! Check-out was super easy & fast. I highly recommend!

Called to inquire about renting a unit and spoke to a man who was incredibly rude! I’m sorry you hate your job and your life but that’s not the customers problem nor is it our fault. Find a new job if you hate it so much.
