⭐ 1 STAR — BAIT AND SWITCH / CHARGED FOR WORK THAT WAS NEVER DONE They advertised dryer vent cleaning for **$79**. When the technician arrived, the price suddenly changed to **$200**. I refused the new price and told him to leave, so **NO WORK WAS PERFORMED**. Despite this, the company then told my credit card company that they completed the service and attempted to collect payment. That is completely unacceptable. I was quoted 70$ for a duct clean on my dryer vent. The man showed up in regular clothes in an unmarked van. He immediately came up with a story that my vent had a leak and I needed emergency sanitation of the entire vent and sealing of the roof vent to the tune of six hundred and fifty dollars! He showed a picture of “your roof” and the shingles weren’t even the same color! I said no way and he came back with a lower price four times! What a scammy company!
I was quoted $79 out the door over the phone and was specifically told that the service included cleaning from the dryer all the way to the roof vent. When the technician arrived, they only cleaned the section from the dryer and then tried to increase the price to complete the rest of the job. That was not what was promised when I scheduled the appointment. As a certified builder, I find this type of bait-and-switch pricing to be unprofessional and misleading. I cannot recommend this company and will not use them again.
I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The technicians arrived exactly when promised, worked carefully throughout the entire cleaning process, and left everything neat and tidy. My HVAC system is operating much more efficiently, and there is a noticeable reduction in dust throughout my home.
This was one of the best home maintenance services I've ever booked. The technicians were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. I’m very pleased with the results.
