Simple...took deposit money and ran. Never came back over 65 days now. Filing a court case against them.
A1 Tree Service is a scam. A1 is run by dishonorable people that will run off with your money and will not do the work. They will not finish the job youbhire them to do and what little work they actually do is of such deplorable quality, you will be forced to hire another company to come in and fix it. THEY HAVE MULTIPLE LIENS AGAINST THEM FOR THE SAME BAD BUSINESS.
I can tell you that A1 Tree Service has one good thing going for them... They know how to sell a job. Upon first meeting, Tim Robertson knows how to be kind, thoughtful, answer your questions, and even offer additional information on things you may not have thought of. We had a bad experience with A1 Tree Service. We decided to use them because they were a family owned business and they bragged about all their previous work and even had pictures. The first brother gave the quote and the second brother showed up to do the work and it was a disaster. They were so late! They were suppose to arrive at 9:30am but they contacted us and said they would be a couple of hours late so they arrived at 4:00pm. Do not lie. If you are honest, people will either use you or choose someone else. However, if you provide the service you state, no one will have reason to give you negative reviews. I'm sure that's not good for business.
