This company totally sucks. They really don t put any chemicles out because I have had them checked out by another company and there was absolutely no bait in the container after they left and they charges \$500.00. Call someone else for your Pests Needs. They collect welfare checks because daddy pays them cash so they can.
We were their customer for a few years. But we skipped a year to use them last year. When we called them this year for spraying the house. On the phone, the lady mentioned to me that we skipped a year. I said I knew that. By the time, I got the invoice, I found out they charged us \$100 for last year even though they DIDN T performance any service. A-1 is the most reliable business out there, they get the job done in a quick period of time and at great prices!
I found out i had termites in a house i was selling, and the estimate seemed to be very high for the size of the house. So i called A-1 they were there within a hour, gave me a estimate that was 30% lower than the ither company, anddi did not tell them what the other co. est. was. Thet treated the house took care of closing reports that had to go the realty co. and came back out in 30 days to make sure there was no termite activity there. Excellent service and jod.
Would highly recommend. They are much cheaper than the other places and are friendly and get the job done right.
