I recently had my septic tank serviced by A1 after using them a couple of years ago. Ran into some mechanical problem in the process which unfortunately resulted in needing further assistance. The next day, the retired owner, Dave and his son returned to personally address my problem. He took the time to explain what happened and why as they proceeded to resolve the problem to my complete satisfaction. I will certainly use their service again and recommend them for owning the issue and quickly resolving it. Louis Carrion

I was quite pleased with the services of A1 Septic. We have used them for 10 years. The response to my e-mail service inquiry was prompt and we received same day service by an experienced and courteous driver who went out of his way to avoid any property, lawn, or shrub damage. In addition, he took additional time to verify that the entire system was draining well and there were no identifiable clogs or backups in the system.

Freddie and crew couldnt be more helpful. There were times when they went above and beyond to help and it was after hours or a holiday, I would NOT recommend ANYBODY ELSE!

The tech team sent out to my house were awesome! Chris and Ashley were friendly, cheerful, respectful, professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. Their kindness and great customer service did not go unnoticed. Also this company quoted less to pump my septic tank than other companies quoted. Plus, they were able to fit me in and come out sooner than other companies could. I’m so glad I chose to go with A-1 Septic!
