Perfect customer service.
This business was so helpful with giving me information about renting an U-HAUL. When I had issues with the U-HAUL company (not A-1 storage), a gentleman Zach helped me get the location and truck I needed. With all the stress of moving, he helped make it a little easier. I will definitely use them in the future for any storage or truck rentals. Kindness sure can go a long way.

I was able to get the storage unit quickly and the person who helped me was very helpful and cordial. Later that day when I brought items for the unit, my code did not work. We got this straightened out quickly even though it was after hours.
