Great company and great work. Only thing I would recommend is better communication, but other than that they are awesome.
Upfront communication very good. They did a great job and all work was completed within 2 days. One of the owners took almost an hour to help me work through the maze of insurance paperwork. We recommended them to close friends.
Seriously great from start to finish. Our quotation and sales guy, Michael, was absolutely wonderful and made it so easy. From there, Israel helped us make some final decisions and took care of my 500 questions. We had Eduardo as our construction manager for the days of and literally can't say enough good things about him. We had the roof replaced, ventilation installed, fascia replaced and gutters replaced. All of that work and it's the easiest home project I've ever contracted.
Use A-1 roofing! We were extremely happy with the whole process. The bid very competitive, prompt and detailed. My contractor was so impressed with them he wanted their number, I had found them on my own. The quality of their work and the follow up was outstanding, especially given the given the poor quality of their original roof. Kudos to Israel and John.
These folks were great to work with. The salesman, John, was one of the only salespeople who actually took the time to sit down with me and explain things, rather than just measuring the roof and sending me an estimate. He was also the only one to go up in the attic. The actual roofing job was awesome. We had to reschedule due to weather, but as soon as it was good weather, they were here.
