We owned a small restaurant. A couple years ago, our hood stopped working. We called A1 reliable. They came and diagnose that the motor was bad and that we needed a new one. I was working with Travis. That cost was nearly $7k Now a few weeks ago, just after hurricane Milton, our hood would not come on. We called the company and the first thing they said was that we needed a new motor again and that the old one was out of warranty. This is without coming to look at anything.
