If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived in my apartment building for three years and as of a few months ago they bought the building I live in and this company has been nothing but awful. Right off the bat they cut off the hot water for two weeks with no notice. Every time there is any issue and I try to contact their “property manager” she’s busy or her line is full and then when they do answer they don’t help nobody knows anything about anything going on anywhere. AVOID this company.
*UNRELIABLE* Even for simple issues. You do not want to go to them for larger issues, regarding any other service they offer aside from the rental aspect - like roofing, contracting, etc. If you are considering using this company for any of their services, contracting OR property management, I would advise to look elsewhere. This "property management" company is horrible. They will never call you back, they do not address ANY issues that you bring up to them.
