Plumber didn’t come with a long enough snake and brought the minimum. They halfway did the job and afterwards I had to pay another plumber to fix what they didn’t do. On top of that they said they needed to dig up the backyard which was obviously a ploy to rob me of more money.
DEFINATELY NOT A1. This is the worst plumber in Detroit. I called them to come out to my property over 5 times to fix the same issue. They never show up on time, when they do they don't have the expertise to fix the problem. They send crackheads, and fiends that snake out a pipe the should be replaced. They don't care. They just want your money. After they again asked for more money I called Roto Rooter which came out promptly and did the job and I haven't had problems since. This company is cheap for a reason. This company is one of these worst I ever seen. The owner comes off as a scammer, and they stay with no money. They are the literal definition robbing Peter to pay Paul.
I don't recommend anyone go here and buy a furnace.. A man name Campbell that's in a wheelchair I selling things that don't work plus he doesn't want to give you your money back .. I've been waiting for almost 2 years now I'm taking him to court..
