A1 Pet Emporium has been a tireless supporter of rescue organizations, including one that is near and dear to my heart, Our Little Rat (and Rodent) Rescue in OKC. They have provided a location for us to show off our darling ratties (and guinea pigs, hamsters, bunnies and chinchillas, I might add), and a way for us to provide homes for these adorable creatures, who might not otherwise get enough recognition as to the great pets/family members that they are. The owners and staff of this wonderful local store are simply the best! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, listen patiently to all concerns, and have great suggestions and ideas . Not only do they carry only healthy, American-made products for your dogs, but they show genuine care and concern for every person and pet who walks through their doors. I had previously given a 5 star review and wanted to update because A1 pet emporium staff always goes above and beyond. A while back I was heading to A1 on my dinner break to pick up some dog food, as I was driving I found a pigeon clearly injured or sick in the middle of Memorial Road during rush hour traffic. I picked up the pigeon. With no other options, I called A1 and asked if they could get a box ready for me.
