Can’t write enough positive things about this store and its staff! The staff make a point of getting to know each customer and our needs. The staff has even been known to carry those heavy bags of dog food out to my car! I first went to this store in a panic because my new rescue cat was refusing Purina One and the staff was so sweet and generous with samples that Snowball finally settled on Fussylicious and then some treats, too, of course! At the same time my husband and I were researching better dog foods for our dogs and were reading about grain free. After shopping for our dog food and treats at Tractor Supply for years we made the dog food and treats move to A1 and we and our dogs couldn’t be happier!!! I love this store!!

They went out of their way to provide both education about canine diabetes and food as well as outstanding customer service across multiple locations and employees. I am recovering from a knee injury and can hardly walk. I was going to hobble into the Britton location on my way to a doggie event. Trisha (owner) told me to call the Edmond store instead. A complete stranger picked out an appropriate food for my sugar baby, ran my CC and brought the food to the event for me.
