My phone broke last night at 9pm I texted him so last minute and late but he was able to fix my phone THE SAME NIGHT! I got to him at 10 and my phone was fixed by 10:30pm. He also has amazingggggg customer service and very understanding and affordable. You won’t regret coming to him. #SUPPORTBLACKBUSINESS
Very unprofessional, inexperienced, terrible customer servicethey run their business like a zoo. If I'm paying $250 to get my phone fixed i expect to be treated with great customer service and not amateurs. In the process of fixing my screen Eddy damaged the back of my phone fixing the front. This company is a scam. Also most of the reviews are from friends and family members of the owner. The owner Sam Drummond does not in anyway care about customer or quality of service, and only seems to care about making money. I called him based on a craigslist ad and he offered to match another store's price for a screen replacement, but only if I wrote a good review after (hence why you see all these fake 5 star reviews).
