I had a problem with my garage door lock on SuperBowl Sunday and couldn't get in the garage to my car. I called around and got alot of answering machines and the first person I got a hold of quoted me $200- $300 to open and repair door since it was a Sunday. We,ve had some break ins in my neighborhood and I wanted to get a professionals opinion on what I might need to do to secure my house. The first locksmith I called out wanted to install high security locks on my house and charge me $1470. I couldn't believe it and so I called Lightning Lock to get another opinion. I locked myself out of my car on the way to the airport on a Saturday morning. I called a few locksmiths and got machines and finally I got an answer at Lightning Lock. Doug said he could be there in 25 minutes so I booked him. He showed up in about 20 minutes and opened my car for me. He was very friendly and concerned about me getting to the airport on time! I was locked out of my car and had to be to the airport in 2 hours . I called a locksmith and he said 30 minutes so I booked them. I waited 35 minutes and called them to find out their status. They told me that the guy was hung up and it would be another 20 min.or so I told them they should have notified me that they were running late so I could call someone else.
