Excellent customer service, quick and efficient. I called this morning and they were here before noon and fixed an issue the last guys weren't able to correct. They've won my business loyalty for sure.

i.e., A local favorite, or I have used the services of Doug and Lightning Lock a few times for my office and have referred him to clients. Doug King of A1 Lightning Lock Service time and time again shows me why he is the best at his business. From lock outs, to changing locks, to rekeying, Doug does it all, and knows his profession like no one else. I would not trust or consider anyone else when it comes to securing my home with the proper door locks, dead bolts, etc. then Doug King and A1 Lightning Lock Service

how refreshing....a professional, friendly locksmith who didn't try to "up sell".....what he quoted was what I paid, and he even adjusted a few of my dead bolts for no charge and showed me how to lock my garage door from the inside (didn't even know I had those locks!). I am so satisfied with his service that I am recommending him to my friends, something I don't do lightly.

If you need a locksmith, I would highly recommend you stop looking and call Doug at Lightning Lock Service! I had deadbolts installed on my home 3 years ago by another company but they were very expensive so when I was looking to get my locks rekeyed I was skeptical of calling a locksmith. I spoke to Doug on the phone and had gotten prices from him, which I questioned and he warned me to be skeptical of other companies offering really low service calls and I quickly remembered that that was why I had used the previous locksm... read more

I was locked out of my house with my 2 children and needed to get in quickly to get my daughter to softball. I looked up locksmiths in Lithia and happened to find Lightning Lock, ironically Doug was helping coach his sons team at the same fields where my daughter plays. He understood my situation and actually left practice to come get me in my house. It only took him about 5 minutes to get to me in Fishhawk and had me in the house in a few minutes and on my way. We just bought a house in Riverview and I was calling aorund for a locksmith that could come out and survey our house. I called a few locksmiths who wanted to schedule the job but wanted to know over the phone what I needed done and I just wasn't sure. I then called Lightning Lock who offered to come at 4:00 PM that afternoon to look at our house and he did a full secuirty survey.
