Great practice. Very good communication and supportive medical professionals.
Very caring, compassionate and highly qualified providers. Collectively, they were able to bring me to a much better state of mental wellbeing. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a tele-psych service and wants someone who takes their time assessing patients thoroughly and gives a lot of thought before recommending treatment and next steps.
This company does not care about mental health. They canceled my appointment via an email charged my bank account without my authorization and have zero tact for handling patients.
DO NOT GO HERE! I was lied to about the validity of my insurance even though it correctly reflects the insurance I have in the patient portal. I have then been barraged with hundreds of dollars in charges because (surprise!!) my insurance is apparently not valid here. I was told that I gave them the wrong insurance information even though it is correctly referenced in my patient profile. Avoid this place please they are taking advantage of people!
