Very disappointed with the service. My wife had her appointment rescheduled to 11:45 AM, arrived early, and still had to wait over 35 minutes. She was also charged $55 instead of the usual $40 she has always paid, even after explaining her previous transactions. The neck treatment wasn’t even done, and some hair was left on her face. Very poor experience for a regular customer. We won’t be returning.
Very disappointed with my recent experience. I had originally scheduled my laser appointment for 12:00 PM and confirmed it. The day before my appointment, I received an email asking me to reschedule to 11:45 AM, which I also confirmed. I arrived about 5 minutes early, but there was nobody available to help me. Here’s a cleaner, natural review: I recently started laser hair removal here and have had two sessions so far. My experience has been really good, especially with “Sakshi”. She’s professional, friendly, entertaining, and does her job really well. I’ve had laser treatments at other places before, and based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend this place.
I visited first time today and booked my appointment at the last minute. Sakshi was so kind, welcoming, and professional. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole laser session. Honestly, I didn’t even feel like it was our first meeting because she was so friendly and easy to talk to. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend her!
