I had an amazing laser session and Sakshi was the one who did it for me. She was super professional and made me feel really comfortable throughout. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay and feeling fine every step of the way. Truly the best experience I've had so far. Highly recommend her!
I had a very disappointing experience with my laser appointment. A whole section of my right leg was completely missed during the treatment, even though I pointed it out at the time and was told it was done. After about 10 days, it became obvious the area hadn’t been treated, so I contacted them. I asked for a partial refund for that leg since it was their responsibility, especially because I already have my next appointment coming up somewhere else and would not be returning. I have been getting laser treatments here for almost 2 years now and have completed at least a dozen sessions. All of the technicians are friendly, professional, and well-trained. A special shout-out to "Sakshi" for her amazing service—she is one of the best technicians I've had so far.
