Very poor management and customer services. Been trying to get quotes and updates on commercial policies but their agent can deliver. Been over 3 weeks and they say they are busy and can’t supply me at this time . Additionally I can take my business elsewhere. AT YOUR OWN RISK! Now being said let me tell you a story. I gave them 3 stars because was a customer for close to 10yrs till I was a nobody. I had American freedom insurance. I just found out that insurance payments stop bein taken out of my account autopay. I call they tell me that my card was declined for 2 months 1st they got payment but was declined 2nd month no payment. Had them as my auto insurance company a few years ago and they had the cheapest price compared to many other places. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Only switched to a different company because I went on my fiance's policy.

Mike Schoenrock was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I am from Allstate in Burlington NC, trying to find a clients agent to handle a cancellation and Mike went well out of his way to try to help me.
