Called for commercial insurance, someone told me they would get things moving for me. Tried to contact again for three days and couldn’t get a response. Glad I didn’t start anything with a company that can’t respond to me.
Extremely slow. Desk person don’t even know how to do their job. Won’t ever come back here
Very poor management and customer services. Been trying to get quotes and updates on commercial policies but their agent can deliver. Been over 3 weeks and they say they are busy and can’t supply me at this time . Additionally I can take my business elsewhere. AT YOUR OWN RISK! Now being said let me tell you a story. I gave them 3 stars because was a customer for close to 10yrs till I was a nobody. I had American freedom insurance. I just found out that insurance payments stop bein taken out of my account autopay. I call they tell me that my card was declined for 2 months 1st they got payment but was declined 2nd month no payment.
